This lovely open plan lodge has full double glazing and central heating with a wraparound UPVC decking and steps with a gate .
The lodge itself is a 2008 model but in immaculate condition. It is a spacious 34ft x16ft model with two double bedrooms, a huge living area, and 2 bathrooms, one main bathroom with shower over bath and a well equipped master en-suite shower room.
The lounge and kitchen are open plan and feel very spacious, and full length windows overlooking the large UPVC Decking area. It`s decorated in neutral colours, and the vaulted ceiling makes it feel very spacious, with plenty of storage and display units around the room.
The kitchen is the highlight of the lodge, and has all the equipment you'd expect to find in a Luxury getaway. There`s a full-size American fridge-freezer, washing machine and domestic style stainless steel gas oven and hob with an extractor fan. The kitchen also has a free-standing table and chairs.
The master bedroom is well proportioned with its own en-suite shower room. The bed has handy lift up storage, there is also ample wardrobe space, a large chest-of-drawers and a built in TV for lazy Sunday mornings.
The second bedroom is currently set up as another double although it could easily be changed back to 2 wide singles, with good storage and access into the ceiling space which is handy to store away suitcases, etc.
The main bathroom features a full-size bath with an overhead shower and glass screen, a ceramic toilet and modern sink unit with plenty of cubby holes for all your fluffy towels.
The lodge is in superb condition and enjoys a 12 Month season on a lovely Park on the edge of Loch Eck.
