  • Can I choose a caravan from another park?

  • If the holiday home I like is already sited, can I have it on another plot?

    Often yes, but occasionally a charge is involved.

  • What does siting & connection mean?

    Buying Process

    Siting means the transportation and erection of your chosen holiday home on your chosen plot. Connection means hooking up your holiday home to the electricity, water and gas supplies.

  • Do I need to involve a solicitor to buy a caravan?

    No, it is just like buying a car you just sign a simple purchase agreement for the holiday home.

  • Can I bring my own caravan?

    No, but we would take it as a part-exchange.

  • Can we use our holiday home all year round?

    All of our parks are open throughout the year - they can be used all year round with November and February being for weekend use (Friday to Monday) only.

  • If I buy a holiday home, how long before I can use it?

    Buying Process

    We can normally have your holiday home sited and ready to use within 2 weeks.

  • When can I come to view?

    Buying Process

    Our sales offices are open 7 days a week, so there is no need to make an appointment. Despite this we encourage you to book in order to avoid disappointment if our sales teams are busy with other clients.
